Title: amazon query?

well i ordered a portable hdd from amazon, it hasnt arrived yet, but reading their feedback page it seems 1/10 people are getting shafted.


what should i do if i am one of the unlucky ones?

If you wait until a few days after the expected delivery date you can file a claim for reimbursement.

Yep, file with Amazon first and if they dont do anything do so with your credit card. You did pay with a credit card didnt you?

Amazon should still refund your money no problems. Ive had quite a few bad sellers on Amazon marketplace and they havent batted an eyelid about issuing a refund.
