Title: Another stupid Judge !

Steven Gordon, goes free, his attack on a  97 old man, has now put him in a home.

Im not surprised either, you can murder someone, give it a scientific name and you ll walk.

Personally, if I was the judge in that case Id take one of the attackers eyes, so hes left half blind for eternity.
