If your blood is infected with HIV, Hepatitis etc you should pay the additional 1000 Euro fee for the laboratory proceeding.

Am I reading that bit right?

500 euro's a session, 5 sessions a day, and at least 5 days?
That's 10k a day so at least 50K!

No I think your maths are just rubbish...

So main cost for the Stem Cell Treatment is 9500 EUR and the other treatment is 200 EUR per session, for 5 sessions for 5 days = 5000EUR.

Nowhere near 50k, but even then getting 14, 500EUR is still a lot of money!
