Exactly the same way mine went.

I had shoulder pains for about a week, it moved down my back to my kidney area, then I lost the use of my left leg as everytime I moved it Id end up in agony.

I ended up with a prolapsed disk crushing my sciatic nerve (the left leg pain). Solved by having a Lumbar Steroid Epidural, Two needles... one goes inside the other, and I can honestly say the most painful injection ive ever had. They aint small needles either.... THEY ARE HUGE!! like an apple corer the one of em! :|

Binary Shadow

feck dat! im not a fan of needles let along big F off ones lol

knighty

just wait till the pain gets mworse, then youll be begging for the needles :)

when I had kidney stones they jabbed 6 needles in my ass one after another and I didnt even notice because I was so destracted with the pain.

tho, 6 different types of pain killer in your ass = win !

(morphine, dick-a-la-phenic, codine, paracetamol, erm... 2 otheres as well :) )

Binary Shadow

well they have looked me over and said "time off work heres some diazepam, dont drink, drive or do anything"

its sciatic nerve and probably an inflamed disc (apparently slipped disc is a common misconception)

They booked you in for an MRI to rule it out?

I had a 6 month wait on mine. Sucked ass!!!

I had Dihydrocodine I think and Diazapam (Muscle relaxant/Tranquilizer aka... Valium), until they could have me in to do the epidural.

Makes you feel more like crap than the actual pain in some cases :)
