I just got a refund for some items I bought, 120quids worth, but they arrived in good time and as described so wtf?
shhh!
lol thats what I was thinking at first.
It is double good as I sold the items on ebay for £240
problem is I need to order more and that might make him notice, might just have to refund the people and say I have ran out.
So you made £120 on ebay, and were given a refund accidentally for £120 by this company, and youd like to keep ordering from the company/keep going, but you dont want to give the £120 back. Seems a bit short term, an extra £120 now, or the potential for much more over the long run in the future....? Give it back, do the order again, get the £120 properly. Thats the worst case scenario, best case you get freebies thrown in on your next order for being a good customer. Actually, worst case scenario is they realise the mistake and ask for the money back, so you end up out of pocket and probably not wanting to order from them again too.
