Ive performed it once lighting up a friends, very funny. He was a gassy mofo!

Make a mini gasometer and collect it. Can with water, can same hight but slightly smaller diameter to fit upside down in first can, a hole with a hose in the uppside down one and there you go, fill it and put some weight on top to get good pressure.

I just had a mess of stewed cabbage. The BBQ lighter looks tempting, but I dont want to suck up the flame and explode my bowel.
