24 degrees is when I start to need long sleeves and socks.
Its 25 here now, still morning, and will likely rise to 35 or so by 3pm. Saunatastic!
All I know it was about 30C the other day and it is about 24 now.
Ive been out in the garden this afternoon reading my book (A Time Travellers Wife, a good read as it happens). When I raised my eye brows and my forehead was tight, I knew I had been out too long. Still, my thighs have started to sting a little... :D

Ive got a couple liters on emergency alert.
noooooooo
total abuse of tea IMO - though isnt too bad with a slice of lemon
though Im also going to disagree with sam - 24 degrees is a great temp - not too hot to go for a run without comming back completely dripping + tis ok for shorts + t-shirt
much hotter in london + the tube becomes unbearable though
It makes a nice change from the usual miserable weather. I want it to get a lot hotter... its good for business.

My athlon (side of case fully open) registered 54C on the motherboard just after it alarmed and I shut it down and rebooted. The alarm for the CPU is set to 65C. It could take a lot more but Im just playing it safe.
Room temp, with the window open, 46C, nice and warm 8)
I gave up and am back working on my lappy instead.
See this is why you should work in datacomms - air conditioned rooms !
Its about 12 degrees in here atm
any electrical stuff in this weather is a nightmare, that horrible O-zone atmosphere in a hot room is enough to make me want to spew.... thank god for my little mac mini, on all day and no heat!
