It seems that pretty much everyone (except Clockd, Nimrod and Serious) has been demoted to nooblar.

Is it nooblar 0-50000000 posts, deity for ex-moderators and moderator for moderators? I have enough to worry about at work with not having a hope of promotion - dont let it spread to the forums!

Bring back the prospect of promotion!
