Seems male students can wear skirts and stockings while females can wear suits and bow ties...

The UK finally catching up with the east on this.

QuoteI think Oxford University is showing humanitarian equality towards those of us that are the whipping "boys?" of society. It is about time you homophobes, bigots and hypocrites understood that being transgender is not a choice. We cannot live like you because then we will be living your life and not our own. Bigotry, hate, hypocrisy, homophobia, uncaring about others, MUST STOP! Thumbs up to Oxford University for their humanitarian decision.
