Imagine this video being remade using modern tech and released on IMAX, it would blow most peoples minds I should think.  8)

Its still almost as impressive now as it was when I first saw it :)

Although I suspect they could outdo it now a bit.

You cant improve on that vid.
To do it now would be making something different with modern media and it would not have the same mystery those guys created - it reminds me of the fantasy science fiction of the 50s before men reached the moon and we still stared into space with the imagination of children. Today mankind as lost its child-like innocence and we deal with ever increasing understanding of our reality with less and less awe.
