I bought a mobo that was DOA.
It has now been refunded apperently but do i get the postage back and the postage to return the product?

Exceptions exist, like stateside we have the online shoe store, Zappos, that pays for return, even if its your fault. :thumbup:

Heard bad things about returning to them but i sent it Monday and they sent the email today to say its all sorted :D

Ebuyerare great... Im not kidding.

We got sent some wrong doobies, and requested an RMA which was refunded 2 days after requestingathe RMA. Though they only picked up the goods just last week... when the RMA was raised in January :lol:
