Right guys, I've got to the bottom of this and changed the user settings for now, but I'll let you decide what is your preference.

The way it work is, Quick reply is now on, but not on by default. This means when you click quote you will go to a full reply page.

If you expand the Quick reply option, it should enable quoting going directly into the quick reply.

If more people would rather have Quick reply on permanently and quotes going straight into it, then I'll change all user settings to have it on by default.


Binary Shadow we've spotted that already, Sam has borked it.

I like the way its setup now, the same as other forums.

I tend to only use quick reply so all from there is good for me

Yup that works perfectly. Full reply at first, quick reply once you expand. Awesome

Some old smilies fixed for Alan and a few forgotten favourites have made a return

It's gone, to be replaced with a Thanked x times type mod at some point

Anyone want that? Would you use it?
It would mean cool things would show up on your facebook and to your friends, and they view and maybe join?

I say do it, it can't hurt having the option only if a few people use it!

Thing is , there is a lot that can be done now. But I do not think they should be just because you can. Very hard thing to resist now putting things on just for the sake of it.
