*First Day at school*
Year 7: Why does everyone hate us :(
Year 8: We wern't THAT bad- were we?
Year 9: OMG I hate year 7s!
Year 10: F*ck off midgets
Year 11: Lets throw stuff at them :D
looking back, that's probably not far of the mark of the prevailing attitude of the male population. I found the attitude of the females in the upper years harder to stomach though, as they were forever refering to the youngsters as "cute" in an incredibly patronising way
The way I remember secondary school was year 7's with their top buttons done up, ties all the way up, massive backpacks and noses in organisers finding what class they have next and running towards it. Whereas when I was in year 7 I just didn't care... Also, I swear people are getting smaller and smaller each year.
on my first day in year 7...... i got sent to the headmaster for fighting :(
but it wasn't my fault... I was standing in the queue at the coke machine when someone shoved me from behind, I thought it was my mate who was standing behind me, he was as tall as me so I swung an elbow back expecting to hit him in the shoulder - it wouldn't have bothered him.... but some other kid had pushed in the queue between us and I hit him in the head knocking him to the floor oops
Seeing kids going to school these days with backpacks bigger then they are full of stuff is draw dropping. It is crazy.
Not just now and again but all the time, I saw one little girl who was basically draggin her back and it was on her shoulders, lol.

that doesn't stop when you leave secondary school. You should see what undergraduates look like to a PhD student.
