The Italians did this kind of thing several times, throwing the corpse into the Tyber river. They were not the only ones. I'm sure we can find a way of doing it anyway.
and yes, the suggestion was slightly tongue in cheek, the action should have been taken while he was alive. The real issue is how much you can vilify someone after they are dead. While the victims of someone's alleged 'crimes' might feel better that it has been recognised there is still the issue of proven guilt.
The focus should be on stopping these people in the future rather than the police 'tearing their garments' and 'doing penitence' on what happened in the past.
Does it require the use of a Dremmel? or possibly some funky command line stuff?
