I need to find somewhere to stay in London for 10 weeks while I do my internship with Barclays. It needs to be within comuting distance of Canary Wharf.
I did have somewhere all set up with a friend of a friend but they are now going away so i cant stay there anymore.
Its from the 22nd June until the 1st of September (the summer holidays). I cant seem to find any halls of residence that are available although i hear that they should be.
Who knows somewhere i can stay that I wont get all beat up and killed? :)
Theres nowhere cheap along the line except in the rough places, Id look at Canada Waters perhaps, although I doubt anywhere there will be available for only 10 weeks.
If they are going away they could use a house sitter couldnt they ? like for safety, mail collecting and flower watering.

I dont think ill be looking at proper rental, ten weeks isnt long enough to justify the hastle of a letting agent. Also as you say, i dont think i could get somewhere for a random 10 week stretch.

I am enquiring along those lines but I think they have a proper house sitter ... its still a chance though

We have a contractor staying in London for 3 months in a serviced apartment But not sure what the rates are but you can pay for any period?
The company is SACO ... Serviced Apartment Company.
