Good point on why the hell I posted on here though, I have had several beers mind, But I was making a thread and had inbox on facebook, wires crossed

The only downside of the site is all that spam and crazy invites, facebook should add some filters so only 4 apps a day off a user can spam you or something

you can lower how much you want to see stories of that kind with sliders or by clicking the cross.  I hadnt realised it would spam my news feed tbh and cant work out how to stop it publishing info to my feed about "Pages".

Ill bounce you back to full profile when Ive worked out how to do it.

Cheers.  I cant find the Pages application though.  I think the "Im a fan of" thing isnt an application as such (its like adding a profile but for a product/band/tv show instead of a person).  Unless Im missing something...?

There has to be a way of doing it but think Im blind.

I know this kind of thing is bloody annoying and the big reason facebook gets on my nerves.

I really cant see it.  Applications was the first place I checked (as thats how you kill normal spam from apps) but I dont think its an application its Pages.

I have:
    Events (about)
    Gifts (about)
    Graffiti (about)
    Groups (about)
    Marketplace (about)
    Notes (about)
    Photos (about)
    Posted Items (about)
    Video (about)

But nothing re the Pages/I am a fan of settings...

tbh.. Ive turned off my feeds - I dont want to send out silly messages every time I join a group etc... & I cant stand the mongs who invite everyone to add the application theyve just added
