I dont expect the four points, but in an ideal world, if they want equally then they have to prepared to occasionally go to the bar and get a round in.  Men may have evolved from women but we can only hope they can catch up with us

Even if they end up with 20X your pay they will still expect you to get the drinks in. Although there are one or two enlightened ladies who insist on either going Dutch or buying a fair share of rounds they are not the norm.
