Title: Trolley
Post by: Pete on January 08, 2012, 22:32:09 PM
Anyone recommend a cheap trolley? I'm after something that will fit in my car boot but is flat and heavy duty enough to take the weight of servers, UPSs etc.

That sort of thing but I wondered if there was anything niftier around that folded smaller?

It's probably not the suggestion you're after, but have you thought about maybe fashioning your own folding one from some MDF, a few hinges and attaching some castors?

you could get a nifty sack barrow ?

how wide is the stuff you need to move ?

you can get a decent sack barrow for fairly cheap wtc.. with special wheels so they go up stairs etc.. :-)

Something like that I used to use to lug about servers, printers, etc.

B&Q one - up to 80kg http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/handtools-storage-workwear/tool-storage-workbenches/trollies/hand_trucks/Aluminium-And-Steel-Foldable-Handtruck-11247688
