I saw two clowns eating lunch with a little boy once. They were sitting under a velvet picture...of two clowns. "La Cumbamba" was the name. They had hammocks, and nobody died.

....I say we take off and nuke it from orbit. Its the only way to be sure....

They may have been hiding from, whoever, posing as clowns.  Not an uncommon theme in the past.
