I bought 512MB of memory as an upgrade for my lappy a couple of weeks ago. OK it needs PC2100 and I shoved in Kingston Value PC3200 but it was cheap enough with free delivery :)
Anyways it still works, 3Ghz Pentium with 1GH ram :)
