Win 7 is doing this annoying thing where all the submenus go to the left, if you know what I mean. Anyone know what I did ?

have you looked for right/left handed mouse options ?

I think it might be monitor related. I have no monitors side by side.

Never used to happen until I just re-installed after my HD died.

Sorted. Was in tablet PC settings.
