My brothers bought a Wii for £160 with the intention of selling it on.

However a lot of people have told him to keep it as its so much fun.

Would you reccomend the Wii? We dont have much free time, but with xmas coming we should have. Especially with people coming over etc.

Keep it. The money he makes wont be too much tbh. Plus they are fun!!! Especially drunk.

Sell it.

There are some OKish games for it, but the majority of them are aimed at kids of about 10.

Keep it if you are having friends over during the holidays, most fun Ive had with a console in ages.

By far my fave console by a long way. I didnt even want one but bought it 1 week after release for the missus - now my 360 hardly gets a look in. Great for parties and multiplayer but the argument that theres no single player games is about a year out of date now. Theres some truely great games available (just wait till you try Mario Galaxies!)

Im not a console person. Usually just stick to PCs, but to have the Wii sat there is worth it, and wasnt too expensive. Ive got to admit, I dont use it too much on my own, but when my friends are round, we always go on it.

If you want a console for haivng friends over and dont have time to invest in Oblivion/Bioshock/Mass Effect etc then there is nothing to beat the Wii.

I have Wii360 and they both bring different things to the table and both are awesome. 360 for hardcore gaming, Wii for parties and fun.

hmm the problem we have at the moment is getting another wii remote. out of stock everywhere.

in that case.. sell the wii, make a quick buck & buy another wii after christmas & use the profit to buy a 2nd remote with another wii

That is if he can get hold of another Wii. They are still selling out like crazy and Id expect it to be the same for quite some time after christmas too.

If he has a few friends to invite over to play with him then you wont get as much fun out of Anything short of an erotic version of twister

If hes a loner then best sell it to someone who will get better use out of it.
