Im actually expecting to be disappointed, but hopefully Ill be surprised.

The games industry much like films has turned far too Hollywood, I can see this being soft as sh*te.

is hardly akin to the likes of

"Ill rip your head off and sh*t down your neck"

  I hope some good in-game footage appears soon.

I remember playing the original 2D platform games on an XT, damn good way to avoid work for an hour or two  

Well.. That was one of the worst trailors ever.

I very much doubt Ill be buying this game.. It was good and cheesy but cool back in day with the bad graphics.. But its not serious enough to be seen as some "epic game against aliens"..

When it comes to epic seriousness.. Hes no Master Chief.

The latter quote has far less impact because its playground language. The "sh*t" is completely unnecessary (unless youre eight) and falls flat. It is crass and thoughtless.

But "looking for and alien toilet to park my bricks" has greater subtlety and thus greater impact, and you know the MC is only warming up.

they are after the maximum amount of publicity.  They cant use the word "sh*t" in some countries as its a "Banned" word.  

Itll still be nicely obscene no doubt.

Clockd is still right, in this case

Duke Nukem was never intended to be part of the intelligencia and should have all the subtlety of a nail bomb going off.

At least hes still smoking a cigar, was expecting them to remove it.
