Any Interest in an old game server?

been a while since I played anything much so I will suck big time, but would be well up for some UT, C&C Generals or RA2

Server is now up with UT1 installed on it, with a CTF cycle running though the complete map list. Settings are for 3 flag caps.
IP Addy is :: 87 . 194 . 180. 131
PW :: t 5 r 4 e 3 w 2 q 1
Take out the spaces in that lot to get it. Ive just tried playing it from work, and this Vista lappy hates the damned, game, but it did let me connect. TS Server will get done Tuesday evening.

Edit : If any of the Admins or Mods want admin access on the server then give me a shout, its got LogMeIn installed, so its easy enough to admin.

Try vent with version 3.0 better then ts in my opinion

Cool you setting that up though, wd Shame I was randomly banned from steam when Valve did all those cock up bans and they never sorted me like many other people (as many though on purpose to make you buy a new key)

I would say do vent 3.0 instead of TS... I hate TS

Cool thing about UT1, going to have to dig out the game and see if we can get a match sorted over the weekend

OK folks, it seems to be working OK. Had a few folks playing it the other night trying to kill it.

IS CTF the best gametype to play for now, or would something else be better?

CTF is good when more people get on board. I cant believe I missed this first time round, Im well up for some UT action, Ill try and get on board this weekend

At the moment its still UT, but ive changed the settings to Team Deathmatch.

Ive also after some tinkering managed to get TS2 working. The limits that are aparrently on Vent unless you pay mean TS2 is what im using.

If anyone notices any problems or has any issues then please give me a shout. Ive used no Special Maps or similar, its a default install for UT and TS2.
