Just got a PS3 and loving the graphics on the HDTV set up down stairs.

However this is not always possible (mrs); wanting to get a setup upstairs.

HDMI to DVI & monitor setup OR small HDTV? Approx 20/22inches desired. All would need to be bought, no existing PC or anything.

Which option provides the best quality setup whilst being the cheapest? And any parts for either setup you guys would recommend?

Get a Dell, Hyundai or Apple monitor with a PVA Panel.
