Ok, payment due for hosting and email for godaddy. Love service and want to pay

Problem I have is my money is still in my parents uk bank with dad the git waiting for exchange rate to read a certain value, well its in holding and control under hifix who have a set value to initiate all the doodads etc.
I have no bank and credit card here of course (here they got charges, you need xx amount of cash to open up or have a credit card blablabla) and empty paypal. Now I went to use my mums uk card where my money is but its meastro (spelling) and godaddy do not support this.
My parents bank here as most as standard only issue eftpos cards and can not be used online.
Godaddy have paypal support but no money in there and no bank account any more.

What are my options ? Can anyone advice me what to do to pay or able to help me in any way?
Need site for my portfolio to get work here etc so really worried about this at the moment

If you have your British credit or debit card with you then just pay on line using them.

The only real alternative is to get someone else to pay and then refund them later when you are sorted.

Uk card they that have access to they do not accept, only visa, mastercard jcb and some other US card
