you could start out with a womans bike - like a ducati monster or a suzuki SV650 and progress powerwise from there - Im not taking the piss - just suggesting that as an easing into the whole 2 wheeled path

I started on 2 smokes - KR1S that I still have and adore, and RD350 YPVS (Which I still have one of and adore)

And I still havent found anything that is as fun to ride as my RG500 - nothing. Except maybe my brothers tricked up RD500 V4 - that thing is *uncomfortably* quick. Makes my zx-10 feel like a scooter.

I havent done dick miles on the ZX-10 - tbh - I liked the ZX-12 better.

In my mind there is nothing to match a 2 stroke bike on the road - the sound, smell and the powerband - Im obviously not talking 125s here lol - but there are some good 125s

cheers for the suggestion, ill see how i get on with the CBT / training and decide what to do from there, id prefer a 4 stroke tbh the 2 stroke smoke puts me off.
