Most nurses love doing what they do, it certainly is compareable with mothering when you have a stroppy patient or one that needs their bum wiped and if you dont keep the place clean you end up with loads of infections. TBH except for operations there isnt that much that the average person couldnt do anyway.

I would actually have thought mothers everywhere would be far more outraged at the inference that their job is easy or requires little brainpower.
