Its the first floor balcony of an abandoned looking house I drove past in Bristol, in the middle of some relatively nice houses.

It looked kind of spooky so trying to emphasise that.

Comments and suggestions welcome only just started with masks and applying colours to photos...

Thanks XE

Hey guys... no movement on this thread :)

Looking more for advice on the photography and the PhotoShoping to improve my skills, not fishing for compliments.

Positive and negative welcome, and any suggestions on how to achieve this to a better standard using PS would be good.

Thanks and any help appreciated   -)

put it through lightbox & get the +2 & -2 exposure & then play with HDR

XEntity

Cheers Egg, Lightbox?

After a quick google, is that the Mac application? As unfortunatly I dont own a Mac  :disappointed:

Is there a PC application that can achieve similar? Ive seen a lot of good effects with HDR and need to invest some time in playing with it!

BTW I have almost watched you avatar more times than the vid in the Hypnotic thread :)

I know its not exactly colour related but theres a lot of potential for that glass door insert.

Nothing too OTT but some very slight manipulation to suggest a presence on the other side would be pretty freaky.

And failing the subtle approach, a good old inverted hand print would be freaky!

XEntity

Cheers for the input Zpyder,

Look a little closer and you can see someone looking at you :) , but the hand print idea is good, I was thinking of staining some of the smaller parts of the window to emphasise the red maybe? Im not quite happy with the image in the window yet and I think it needs some tweaking.

Serious

Needs shadows. Try combining with another image too, a dark picture of a shadowy person with no background at low opacity should give a ghost effect

XEntity

Will give it a go  8-)  ... Now to find a shadowy person ;)

Right I just want to get your opinion.... Do you think this looks better, I think it has more drama and impact, but always useful to get other peoples opinion?

...Or have I just over shopped my photo?

Cheers
