Dont want another PC in the house, all I need is a box that has 1 or 2 HDDs in it, along with the ability to FTP from the internet and be DLNP capable.

Mate has one set up as his Server.  20W power drain aparrently.  Though fro extra space you do really need to add in USB caddies, there is no space to add a 2nd HDD.

Good idea.  I think shuttle do one that can have 2 hdds but they are only 2.5"
