i know an aussie that has a couple of the actual postman motorbikes that they use(d) in australia, seen a couple of vids of him just razzing around their ranch estate or whatever they call em over there. They look dead good fun

In Oz every year they do a Postie Challenge which involves 3-4 days off-road doing tracks that would be hard on decent bikes. Last year they did a hard track around Tassie which I followed and looked awesome!
