Seems that due to an issue with EMI this album may never be released as such, however, the artist is selling the book with a  blank CD and a message use it as you will. Effectively advising people to pirate it.

Ive had this album for about a week now and its fantastic, well worth a listen. From what I hear the accompanying art book by David Lynch will be well worth the money alone.
