I cant see that Knox was guilty, the evidence was extremely weak. It seemed to be mainly based on the fact she was odd, the only concrete evidence was her DNA on Kerchers bra, not exactly proof of anything to do with the murder.

Im pretty concerned that Italy has convicted someone on the grounds that they dont look normal. She is undenibly a bit odd but she isnt guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

How about the fact she fingered another guy for the murder.

And then the fact the body was in her flat, and none of them could say how, and none had an alibi, and then the fact that they lied about where they were before changing the story.

Weak evidence perhaps, but innocent people dont start making things up.

Unless they are nervous, and try to hide innocent things they think might incriminate them.

they probably did do it tbh....

did anyone see the stuff about her myspace page etc... she basically had a load of dark fantasies about this sort of stuff

also people dont tend to just get murdered at random in their own flat - its not like there was a burglary or anything  - generally it would be someone known to her - given she was in a foreign country it probably does narrow the potential suspects down quite a lot....

so they probably did it on the basis that no-one else is likely to have done it apart from them - though the evidence for them doing it is rather weak - some weak DNA evidence etc.. but no real motive (though some rather weak alibis too)

I guess if youve been following CNN though youd learn that Italy is apparently some 3rd world country without a modern police force and has a very weak justice system.

If I had to take a punt Id say it was most likely them, didnt seem to break down in total devastation and have to be dragged out of the court as you might expect an innocent person whod just be sentenced to a long stretch to do...

Ive not really followed it since she was arrested, but I got the impression that she either did it, or is mentally unstable / a bitch the way she was acting along with stuff like her myspace page...
