had that sinking feeling in the 1st 5mins that a slip was going to cost a goal somwhere.. in the opening 2mins rocha slipped
& the give pompey a freekick!
& the ref decisions was questionable.. a few times he wouldnt let spurs play the advantage,
failed to give spurs 2 pens & ruled out a perfectly good goal - oh & then decided to give a pen
the other end for a clean tackle. It was a dull game, spoilt by a poor pitch & a questionable referee who had no intention of
letting the game flow. Take nothing away from pompey, they wanted it more.

Enjoy it though, cos your club is f**ked.

I think pompey made money on both Defoe & Crouch - or at least got the money back for the lanky string of piss..
the only one of the 4 we really took this piss with was Kranjcar. The Kaboul signing was writting of money that pompey owed spurs
for the signings of paramot, davis & mendes, as well as when signing defoe... That is how portsmouth done business.

Im not biting, just a pity both games over the weekend was spoilt by poor refereeing & a pitch that was like playing on sludge.

Tbh youre right - refs shouldnt be deciding games through dodgy decisions.

Even the TV blokes agree from the refs point of view it was a fowl in the penalty area, so the ref gave a penalty is that dodgy

Well, being a dual Spurs and Pompey supporter, I sincerely hope so!!!   -)

As a Chelsea fan, yes even before we won stuff, I was glad to see Portsmouth get to the final, it's the least they deserved after the crap season they have just had.

I must admit though there is a side of me that thought wouldn't it be great if they actually go onto win the cup, it would be one of those rare fairytale moments in football. But the Chelsea fan in me quickly kicked that into touch, as I really want the double this season.

Anyway may the best team win.
