Honduras is the one that springs to mind.

North Korea
at least the lowest ranked team by FIFA

they also only qualified after a playoff & all their players play in north korea..
so expect news stories emerging that they won the world cup with that mad man
the manager.

Hearing booing over those horns at the end of the match and the fact there was booing of a team on the world cup stage has to be one of the lowest points of a team you can get. Completely justified booing as well.
