We need a minimum of 6 more people to join before we can kick off the season.

Basically follow the instructions, if something doesnt give advise ie increase? or decrease? then I *think* it means you are nearly there.  What you aim to achieve is *spot on*.

This would probably have been helpful.  Quickstart Guide.  

Also, people can copy their teammates setup which can give a head start.  However, I think it may only be of great use if both of you have chosen the same character traits since one setup wont necessarily work for others.

Or of course you can ignore the whole team orders thing....  :-)

How do you relinquish leadership of a team? I made a team in the public game and someone joined it.

So how many different games/seasons can we take part in then, including our private season?

theres no limit. you just go to "my games" and change between them.

It doesnt matter what timezone.  The game will only start when there are either 22 drivers (which is the maximum) or when I tell it to start once we have the required minimum.

It requires as many threads as it needs to get the minimum number of drivers.  In fact, in the time its taken you to read this thread, you could have signed up and be well into your practice period.

And now there are 5 drivers thanks to Vini.  Halfway there to reaching the minimum!
