I thought Id have some bangers and mash.

So I got some of those nice potatoes from sainsburys, Ill get the name later. I boiled them until they were falling apart, about 25 mins with the lid on.

While I was doing this I had the sausages grilling.

After boiling I put a lot of flora in and it was a bit runny so I thought, what might give it a bit more taste, herbs! mixed ones from some shop. It was looking great.

I then thought I need to either boil off some of this water, but that was taking to long. So I put some of that pamazan in a tub stuff in there, quite a bit to soak up the water and help with the evaporating. It worked.

I then got gravy, Bisto gravy and made some of that up, poured over all the bangers and mash and it tastes gorgeous!!

Oh, dont take the skins off the potatoes! It gives it more texture!

I never peel them for mash, so much nicer and better for you apparently.
Must say though i prefer my bangers done in the oven slowly.

just had myself a pice of granary bread over toasted covered in peanut butter mmmmmmm.

Hmm that wouldnt be my choice lol

Maybe lightly done with chocolate sauce on

Perfection its my way of doing it, everyone says somthing bad about it but it tastes so much more nicer that way
