I'm a VIP on cinemageddon now, so if you can't sign up (they cull inactive members every couple of hours so if you get lucky you can get in) put your name down and I can sort you out eventually, I'm good for a mere 4 invites per month, but it's actually worth being a member of  :thumbup:

I love basecamp for project management, it is create to communicate with clients, set to do tasks, milestones, upload and share files and more.
You can use Klok a time tracking adobe air app (also has andoird app) to post times directly to basecamp as well.
