Short Circuit?
Flight of the Navigator?

You know they used the same set/locations for both of those movies.
So while it is Flight of the Navigator the same set stuff was used in short circuit too :)

skidzilla

I got it?! Woo! I didn't know they re-used sets/props for those two. :)

Easy one:

Brown sleave, child like writing, its not that gay old movie with that young lad and girl? Submarine?

Quick edit - Here she is reading that letter...

If I have seen something visually and not to obscure I know what it is. I did not know the movie name and had to google the plot. Found the youtube video trailer.
Crap use bar for crap purposes though, It does not work for words and numbers otherwise I would have been awesome at school :(

skidzilla

Yup, you got it. :o

Also it wasn't 'gay' (a childish pejorative to use anyhow), it was awesome, probably one of the best British films in years. :)

No no googling other then to find the name. I know the movie, I remember the day seeing that one evening and what I was doing that day - think it was a project or homework when I was doing it.
I can remember exactly how the street and my house looked when I left. I even remember which are the cracked tiles outside the corner shop.
I remember the patterns of 3 of the snowboards from the other week (rental ones).

I remember just about all theme tunes from 80's kid shows. I watch movies and old TV shows in quite a wide variation as even months or years later I can remember much of what I am already seeing.

I can think of a time and it is literally like watching a video in my head. It is pretty useless thing though. The people who can remember this stuff but apply it to dates or the people who can remember what they read have a useful skill.
It all similar stuff but I have the crap version, well I suppose it is good for games like this - Puzzles are a peace of piss too mind you - once you know the pastern or method that is quite visual.

I know exactly what still to take for my next movie!

He's using bar in place of except :)
Oh, derp *facepalm*, all I could think of was he either meant 'pub' or 'search bar'. :P
It's amusing to me sometimes, how much becoming/being multi-lingual has started to effect my English comprehension. :)
