Everyone has their own experience of cheap keyboards that are actually a pleasure to use. The one I'm currently typing on (a Genius KWD-205) has been my trusted finger-steed for God knows how long, but it's PS/2 and sadly I can't plug it into my Microserver, so I need a cheap full-size USB alternative - I can't stand those keyboards where the navigational and numpad keys are all clumped together flush - also preferably in black.

So, recommendations for something dirt cheap but reliable and with a good tactile response please (no sponge keys).

The cheapest ones I have found so far are from Amazon with free super saver del:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Keysonic-KSK-8004U-Full-Size-Keyboard/dp/B004DMZ7FY/ref=sr_1_55?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1315336386&sr=1-55

I'm quite torn between the value of the Microsoft 200 and the apparent higher quality of the Keysonic keyboard at the moment, with the MS 400 sitting somewhere in between (although something makes me think I won't like the tactile response of that so much).

But then, a challenger appears:

So I'm very confused!

I'm also going to check out my local Tesco again as they are having electronics h/w clearance sales, some shops have been selling Microsoft keyboards as low as £1!
