I have had a few posts not got through or hit preview press submit and not gone through or get the error message but then history re-added. I did press submit and go onto another tab and thought it had gone through. I only look at the "show undead posts since last visit" page and thought no one was guessing.

I know, it just the odd time out or what ever goes on with the server sometimes messes up things as you post.
