Inception?

I think it has a fuz and tinge to it not part of the movie so not reflecting what it actually is in the movie. There are a few movies in my head but I do not remember any of their steps that green, Matrix for example.

I know the guy on the left but forget his name, these guys only did two movies together I think but can not remember his name to look up.
