I think there are a few more features, I'm subscribed to the yogpod on facebook, they have quite a lot of vids about Minecraft and the addons, I'm sure eggs were mentioned in creative mode?

Yep and wolves that mate and have baby wolves!.. I've now got a few wolves in the castle as well as a few villagers, as no one else visits

Wait, There's villagers now?!?

Yeah, go in to creative mode, and scroll down to the eggs, there are a lot of things including slimes as well (I never found any on this map, and they are useful for pistons) 

Haha my castle is a hive of activity now, however the skybase next to my case has a lot of suicidal villagers

So can anyone go creative mode now?

Who ever with admin permissions can go just go something like /name creativemode 1

I think that is where minecraft is the most fun, just being creative as long as your not being a dick. Logging in yesterday with nothing in dark and being surrounded and dying 10 times in a row is not fun.

If you have a custom map to play as an adventure story as the yogcast does - Fun.

I have enjoyed seeing what you guys make, if on at the same time, show some cool stuff etc. When there is 2/3 of you working on making something and it takes shape, thats fun too!

There's a fine balance to find though, I start using creative mode then get bored becauase everything is then too easy. On the flip side, digging up clay from underwater and drowning, fishing for your inventory items again, and repeating that to get enough brick for a house is a right PITA!

That is why this mode is cool. If we have the rights to turn it on and off you can do so. Build some stuff, turn it off and watch things go on etc.

It's this kind of 'god mode' being turned on that entirely defeats the point of playing IMO.

This is why I still feel we need two servers/worlds, one with creative mode and one without.

Nath how easy is it to setup a server? Would one run fine off my lowly home connection?
