Starting on an exercise in sobriety today, no booze until Feb. No fun.

Not resolutions, but since starting this job, I've been on at least 1 McDonalds a week, other junk food as I'm driving round and drinking too much in the evenings.
Cut back my alcohol consumption, using my diet fuel again and get out with the bike and dog more.

Although, it will mean my son will have nowhere to sit, as my belly is handy:D
