Crippled with motor neurone disease, stuck in a wheelchair, only able to talk through a computer. He became a modern day Einstein, doing more than almost anyone else to advance physics and make it popular. Perhaps now he can go ask god 'what the f**k were you doing designing the universe this way?'

We are basically f**ked now as he was the greatest mind and so far ahead of everyone else

We also lost Ken Dodd!

Very sad times to lose one of the greatest minds in history.

And Jim Bowen. Don't forget poor Jim Bowen.

Bullseye was awesome then.
I remember when it came back and did not work and would not work today but man, that was a good 80's show.

I spoke to Mr Bowen on the phone last year, top man, amongst other things he'd signed something for me to put on the outside of my dart board (it folds open) I was going to email him a picture and thank him again when I got it put up, alas I'd not got round to it as we're still decorating, oh well

You can watch all the reruns on tv as they still play the un-edited versions of Bullseye with all the no pc stuff that he used to say on tv, some of it would shock people these days!
