:gag:

That would drive me nuts except for the "het internet"

BTW, when the religious conservatives over here whinge about the gay agenda, I always point them to the truth:

there IS a gay agenda, and its pretty swank. :D :D

Sara

I love a decent file-o-fax but I find I never use them - they dont beep at me enough! Yes that is quite gay :p I used to have one made out of circuit boards, now that was cool :D

If you can get along with a PDA, go at it. They are nice if you use groupware and can synch up and all that.

I do know of way too many boneheads that dont synch and have lost months of appointments.

So does that widget just do windows or is it Palm compatible for synching?

Sara

Well, like my current SDA it syncs with Outlook, which is pretty good. Means I can do all my timetabling for uni on the PC then scoot it over - or make amendments while out and let it sync up with the PC.

I had a Palm (well, Sony Clié) but that has been sitting in a drawer ever since I realised the SDA does everything I ever used it for.

EDIT: also the Varios memory is non-volatile, meaning if it completely runs out of battery it still keeps everything  :nana:

Im getting the O2 equivelent in the next week or two, the XDA Mini S.

Always worth application unlocking them, then you can run whatever software you want for it, and not just what the network certify.

That maxisync for windows devices on linux is a whore of a program.

Succeeded in duplicating every single appointment in my outlook calendar. Deleting some emails and making random tasks with titles such as "asdasd[][][][][][][][][][][][][][]".

I hates it :(

Damn evil thing.

Though when it works it works well apparantly. But its a whore when it doesnt.

Does it hang with googlebot? :P

I wouldnt even try synching anything more than a plain Palm with *nix. Probably an issue with reverse engineering or something.

Sara

Well then Im glad I use XP - nice and easy :)

Awwh, I want it nooowww! Played with a mockup of the O2 verion (that soopahs getting) at the shops yesterday, its loooovely...

Sara

Well it looks like Ive ordered one! Its not in stock today but hopefully will be tomorrow, and sent ready for next week :D Nice lady phoned me up to talk about tariffs etc - Will be paying Ã,£20.75 for Ã,£60-worth of credit and 1MB data (T-Mobile Flext 25 + GPRS addon).

Theres a small registry modification you can make that enables the 802.11g.  Its only restricted by software to b.
