Quote from: GoblinVery cool car, but starting price (at quick glance) is over two grand :( PLus the nearest one in across the water (Im in Northern Ireland, which cuts down a lot the potential sales.
2 GRAND?!?!?! Good lord I dont know where you are looking but I know of a minted one going for around Ã,£500 - OK so yes its across the water too, but still... puts it into perspective.

Nah, its something fun and sporty. An E30 would be too much like another family car.

What are peoples thoughts on an 87-89 MR2? No power steering to go wrong :)
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo... Again.

Rusty

MK1 MR2= Rust, rust and more rust usually

Goblin

So I hear. Is it wort getting a car that is in otherwise good shape and replacing a bad panel?

Dont see why not, its the rear of the car thats the main pain since its not removable panels there, cut and weld job.
