OK, Ok, ok, which is correct and does it depend on if its a start of a sentence or not?

If its to be used within a sentence, then "okay" is preferable, with a capitalization of the "O" as normal if it starts the sentence.

OK can start a normal sentance but is usually followed by a comma. OK, like that.

Its an acknowledgement of things that have been just said.
