Quite a few amputees drive cars in this country although usually they have at least one arm.

i know, saw 1 just the other day, had a knob on the steering wheel so he could drive fork lift style with 1 arm.

I was trying to point out, if the guy had arms i doubt they woulda have made the point of it being dangerous.. infact.. no fuss would have been made.
