There are a few companies where Parcelforce manage to find the house just fine, then a couple (including Dabs) where Parcelforce always seem to dump the packages at the post office without posting a card through the door and run, so as far as Im concerned they havent been delivered.

Do couriers act on different instructions from different companies?

As you say some fine others not and its highly dodgy to me, I swear there is some sort of reclaim issurance scam with failed derlivery going on or something.

Our storeman claims that all the comonent companies like Dabs, Misco, Ebuyer etc etc all use a shared warehouse and when you order from them all the do is collect it from the central warehouse.  Is this true?

Dabs and ebuyer are not the same location as I know where both warehouses are and not in the same place
